about daniel gonzales

Dan Gonzales is a Seattle-based attorney focusing in business law advisory to start-up and early-stage companies. A Washington State-licensed attorney admitted in Federal and State Courts, Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from Gonzaga University, a Juris Doctor from the University of Oregon School of Law, and a Master of Laws in Taxation from the University of Denver. Dan founded his own firm in 2013 after serving as Corporate Counsel to TriStar Finance and had previous experience with Seattle area law firms. He has served as a Business Coach at the Washington Community Alliance for Self-Help, and has particular interest in assisting young companies. “Entrepreneurs often don’t realize that the choice of entity has profound implications for the future of their business,” Dan says. “I advise business owners in selecting the entity that makes the most sense for their business and financial objectives, paving the way for their future success. As they move forward in developing their company, I help every step of the way – including tax planning, the licenses and permits process, intellectual property counsel, contract drafting and negotiation, and corporate compliance.”
